for calendar years 2016 to 2025 (2025 as published through 15 March 2026), downloaded on 2026-09-25.
Material created by the federal government is in the public domain; we credit the U.S. Department of Labor.

### What this site is not

- **Not OSHA**, not the Department of Labor, and not affiliated with or endorsed by either.
- **Not a ranking** and not a safety rating of any employer.
- **Not the case detail.** OSHA also publishes Forms 300 and 301 (individual incidents with
narratives) for some establishments. They are left out: they describe individual injuries.
