[Bulk lookups, EIN matching and annual monitoring](/pro.md) — or take the reconciled dataset, on [the datasets page](/data.md). ### What this is Since 2016, OSHA has collected Form 300A — the annual summary of work-related injuries and illnesses — from establishments with 250 or more employees, and from those with 20 to 249 employees in industries it designates. OSHA publishes the filings as yearly files. This site joins the ten years **establishment by establishment**, computes the rates, and sets each one against its industry. ### ⚠️ OSHA's establishment number changes over time The identifier OSHA assigns does not carry from one era of the collection to the next. The years here are joined on the employer's EIN, the address and the name — which is why an establishment's history can be read in one place. ### What it is not Not OSHA, and not a ranking. Recording an injury does not mean anyone was at fault or that a rule was broken, and OSHA itself cautions against calling an establishment more or less dangerous on its rates alone.
