## What this site is NOT

- This is not the official register and does not replace consulting it.
- Holding a licence is the minimum legal requirement, not a quality mark.
- Establishment-level OSHA Form 300A summaries (not incident narratives).
- OSHA's establishment_id is not stable across years; records here are reconciled on EIN, ZIP code, street and name, never merging two filings of the same year.
- OSHA cautions against calling an establishment more or less dangerous on its rates alone. This site ranks no one.

## Privacy

Establishment records name employers, not individual workers; incident-level Forms 300/301 are not republished.
