The pages of this site are free and will stay free: an official fact belongs to no one. What is sold is the **compilation work** — what the public registers say about this entity on a given date, and what they do not say.

#### What the report contains

- every Form 300A summary the establishment filed with OSHA, 2016–2025: average employees, hours worked, cases by type, deaths
- TRIR and DART for each year, beside the median of establishments filing in the same 4-digit NAICS industry and year
- **what was not found**, written down: the years with no summary on file, and the other establishments filed under the same EIN
- the exact citation: OSHA dataset, collection date, public-domain terms

#### What the report is NOT

It is not an OSHA document, a safety rating or an inspection history (citations and penalties are a different OSHA dataset). It states what the establishment filed, as OSHA published it on the collection date.
