What this site publishes

Establishment-level summaries that employers file with OSHA: the establishment's name, company, address, industry, EIN, headcount, hours and counts of cases. No individual worker is named or described, and the incident-level Forms 300 and 301 are not republished.

What your browser sends

No analytics, no advertising, no cookies. Searches run in your browser against static files; an establishment's record lives after the # of the address, which browsers do not transmit. The hosts (Cloudflare Pages) keep ordinary server logs.

How we are paid

• Pro access and the reconciled dataset, for organizations checking many employers.
• A referral: some pages point to Registres, an independent data gateway, which may be paid a commission if a company that applies through it signs a data partnership. No one pays to appear here or to be described differently.

Messages

Forms are handled by Formspree, which forwards them to our mailbox. We reply by hand.

If this is your establishment

The data is a public federal record. If something is wrong, or you want the entry removed from this site, write to us: we cannot change OSHA's files, but this site is not OSHA.
